Rotary Motto: Service Above Self On behalf of all the members
of the Rotary Club of Anna Maria Island...Welcome! and thank you for visiting our website.
Geographically,
Anna Maria Island is a barrier island on the central Gulf coast of Florida in Manatee County. AMI, with its stunning
natural beauty and powdery sand beaches is just north of Sarasota, the cultural center of the region. The image in the banner
above is the view our club members see at our weekly meeting location on the Gulf of Mexico.
We are a very active
club and enjoy a large number of visiting Rotarians from around the world. The is especially true in the winter months.
The best way to track our club's current activities is by reading our weekly Club Bulletins available through the
link to the left. To view a complete list of service projects, donations to others, and fundraisers, click on the "Service
Above Self Action Center" and be sure to view our "Club Photo Album" to see our members and visiting Rotarians
living the phrase "Rotary - Humanity in Motion.
I hope you return to this site regularly for news and information
of our activities and we encourage all visiting Rotarians to experience Rotary - Island Style - with us on Tuesdays at noon
at the Beach House Restaurant in Bradenton Beach on beautiful Anna Maria Island.
Yours in Rotary Service,
Melissa Williams
2011-2012 Club President

ROTARY'S 4-WAY TEST
of the things we think say or do...
1. Is it the truth? 2. Is
it fair to all concerned? 3. Will it build good will and better friendships? 4. Will it be beneficial to all concerned?
